Warranty

All Tohren seals carry a 2-year warranty. If a seal fails within 2 years of purchase, we will replace the entire seal kit.

In the event of a claim, please provide the following:

1. Proof of purchase (Invoice or shipping note)

2. Photo of the ram, showing the rod is not corroded

We will send you a replacement seal kit. 

 

Returns/Refunds

We will refund any item returned in saleable condition (in original unopened packaging) within 30 days of purchase.

If the product is damaged on delivery, please inform us within 24hrs of receipt and ensure that the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery form. Any faulty or damaged goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase, for refund or exchange.

If we have dispatched an incorrect product, we will either provide a full refund, or exchange the product.

If you want to return a product, please email us and you will be sent a returns form and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the goods, we will process the refund within 5-6 business days.
